George O. Bergantz

George Bergantz first became associated with The Benchmark Group as a consultant in 1997 and joined the company on a full-time basis in 1999. His roles included multi-family acquisitions and dispositions, office park development and investor relations.
Mr. Bergantz graduated from Brown University with a major in International Relations and earned his M.B.A. degree at the Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. He is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council. Prior to joining Benchmark, he was Executive Vice President of Buffalo Ventures, a regional investment banking firm. Prior to Buffalo Ventures, he was a senior officer of Niagara Frontier Hockey LLP, owner and operator of sports properties including the Buffalo Sabres and HSBC Arena.
